Shipping policy

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another series of automated e-mails after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.

Processing time

We will take 1-2 days to process your order from our warehouse in Australia.

Shipping time

Standard shipping within Australia: 2-6 business days (depending on destination)
Express shipping within Australia: 1-4 business days (depending on destination)

Standard shipping to New Zealand: 4-11 business days (depending on destination)

Australia Shipping

We charge a fee of $9.90 AUD for standard shipping within Australia. We are committed to bring our customers great value and service, that’s why we provide free shipping if you order over $90 AUD within Australia.

New Zealand Shipping

We charge a fee of $19.90 AUD for standard shipping to New Zealand. 

Cancellation Of Orders

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. If your order has not been processed, we may be able to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped you will need to go through our refund policy.

Lost/Missing Packages

Number Art are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will take full responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Sometimes it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will My Item Be Sent One Package

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
